With a core group of incredible musicians and each act featuring Daniel (Founder), Calibre Entertainment specialises in Live Acoustic Music early in the event leading to DJ as the sun goes down so you no longer have to choose. As everything is booked under one roof, Daniel will be there from the first e mail to the last song of the night so all you need to do is worry about enjoying your special day. Calibre offers a unique take on wedding entertainment including tailored packages to fit your day perfectly even if you don’t combine Live music and DJ and even custom instrumental versions of your requests as you walk down the aisle. We are professional, experienced and always aiming to enhance every detail of your event from canapés to everyone joining in on the dance floor.

Our most popular offering is The Complete Package. This has you covered for everything throughout your wedding day. Live Music during the ceremony and early in the event before the DJ takes over and the lights come on.
How it all works...
What we specialise in is covering all bases for your special event all under the one roof. Imagine incredible acoustic music early to really set the scene and then switching to the DJ later in the night as everyone makes the way to the dance floor. We also can add that special element of live music to the ceremony including instrumental versions of songs as you walk down the aisle.
All acts feature myself and I be there to will organise everything from start to finish. From the first e mail to performing and seeing everything runs like clockwork on the day... no third parties, no communication breakdowns, just pick your preferred vocalist and we are all set.

FAQ
Travel - Of course we can travel! We are based on the Mornington Peninsula but just let us know the venue and we can make a custom quote incl. travel/accomodation if required.
Event Time - The times above are just as a starting point and suit most weddings. If you need more or less time just let us know and we can customise the quote. All quotes based on a load in 1 hour prior and 1 hour pack down after the event which is not charged for.
PA and Equipment - We don't charge extra for our gear. We also have a wireless mic available for speeches. We also have a battery powered system for ceremonies and canapés set (power required for DJ and main set up).
Live Music Requests - We can learn 3 songs for the ceremony (entry, signing, recessional - or as you are announced). Each singer has a repertoire list which they will pick the live sets from.
DJ Requests - The sky is the limit and you can be as involved as you like - we can read the room or we can play requests be it style or exact playlists. Of course we will have all requests for the formalities ready to go and discuss this with you in the lead up.
Booking - To book in all we require is a 20% deposit to confirm our availability and lock everything in. The full fee is due one week prior to the event for the performance to take place.
MC - Unfortunately we don't offer MC services but will have a mic available if one of your guests or a professional would like to take on the role.
